Job summary

Disney Theatrical Group is seeking a Vice President, Producing & Development to lead and shape the creative development of multiple theatrical titles, from early concept to opening night. The role requires executive leadership, collaboration with designers, directors, and producers, and a strong track record in producing high-profile productions.

The VP will manage diverse teams, drive budgets, and participate in new forms of live entertainment while traveling globally as needed to support

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead creative teams and navigate complex production challenges.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence across levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership to drive creative direction and profitability across a portfolio of titles.
Oversee a group of producers and independent team members, offering guidance and problem solving.
Lead script and score development sessions and contribute to design direction.
Partner in developing large production budgets and oversee budget accountability.
Travel globally to support development, rehearsals, and on-site production activities.
