The Executive Producer will own the master production schedule, lead meetings, coordinate staging, TV, script and AV, manage cue timing, and ensure a polished show under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and enforce the master production schedule
• Lead production meetings and keep department timing aligned
• Oversee call sheets, rehearsals, and stage direction
• Coordinate with the Stage Director and TV Producer on pacing and cues
• Review script tone, show segments, transitions, and voiceover copy
• Protect the crowning moment, red carpet, award presentations, and ceremonial protocol
