Job summary

Global Leadership Network is seeking a Senior Director of Production & Broadcast to serve as the GLS Executive Producer and lead year-round production for US events. This role owns all technical production, broadcast, and delivery infrastructure across in-room, online, and partner-site environments.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of senior-level broadcast production experience, with strong leadership, vendor management, and strategic planning capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of progressive experience in broadcast production or live events.
Senior-level leadership and project management experience in broadcast environments.

Responsibilities

Oversees broadcast production systems, control rooms, and technical production.
Executes Run of Show in alignment with Creative and Content teams.
Leads production teams and contractors; manages vendor relationships and timelines.
Owns multi-site delivery and online/summit partner site experiences.
Leads production planning and execution across GLN events and donor programs.
