Ansera, a leader in live experiences, seeks an Executive Producer (Events) to spearhead major experiential initiatives from concept through applause. You will steer cross-functional teams and manage client relationships to deliver remarkable results across live, hybrid, and virtual productions.

You will oversee pitches, budgeting, show-calling, and post-event reviews, coordinating with creative directors, technical producers, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate live event production with senior leadership experience.
• Portfolio shows high-end corporate events, brand activations, immersive environments, or large-scale productions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overarching vision and narrative for experiential projects aligned with client goals.
• Own end-to-end production management from scoping to show-day execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams of creative directors, designers, and logistics staff.
• Act as primary partner to key clients, translating brand needs into creative directives.
• Oversee budgets, margins, and resource optimization across programs.
• Source and negotiate with top-tier production vendors and partners.
