Job summary

three sixty Merchandising Solutions, a Kroger-focused arm of Plumbridge Collective, seeks a President to own the P&L and drive growth for clients and the business. You will lead merchandising, category management, and Retail Media with a high-performing team, while deepening Kroger relationships.

The role is based in Newport, KY, on-site with travel to Kroger events and industry engagements. Targeting senior leaders with extensive grocery/CPG experience and proven team-building capability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in grocery/CPG or agency environments with 7+ years in P&L leadership.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams.
• Strong negotiation and senior-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the three sixty P&L and drive growth and profitability for clients and the business.
• Represent clients and three sixty to Kroger and manage the Kroger partnership at senior levels.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management across three sixty and align leadership with Plumbridge Collective.
• Integrate new capabilities into the core merchandising and category offering and drive growth.
