Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive communications, content creation, presentation production or related field.
• Advanced PowerPoint proficiency with executive level visual storytelling.
• Proven experience developing materials for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Strong ability to translate complex cybersecurity or program info into clear business messaging.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication with an editorial mindset.
• Agile interpersonal skills for managing leadership and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and maintain high quality PowerPoint templates and presentations for executive scorecards, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Partner with cybersecurity and IT leaders to translate technical updates and risks into clear storytelling.
• Ensure branding, formatting, tone, and messaging consistency across executive communications.
• Perform detailed quality reviews to ensure executive level readiness of materials.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Assist with documentation and preparation of knowledge transfer materials.
