Job summary

Duarte is seeking a highly skilled 1099 Contractor: Senior Presentation Specialist to produce polished, brand-aligned presentations for high-profile projects. You will work within Duarte's brand systems, templates, and animation standards, collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced, iterative workflow.

The role requires expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides, plus the ability to ramp quickly on new brands and ensure visual

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in presentation design.
• Experience supporting large scale events is a plus.
• Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Advanced skill in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote and/or Google Slides).

Responsibilities

• Supports the production of polished, brand-aligned presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or Google Slides.
• Builds, refines, and prepares presentation materials using established templates, brand systems, grids, masters, and approved assets.
• Applies formatting, layout, hierarchy, animation, and visual consistency checks to ensure files are clean and ready for use.
• Supports chart, diagram, icon, infographic, and slide sequence development based on provided content or direction.
• Partners with internal creative and project teams to support fast-paced, iterative event workflows.
• Communicates progress, questions, blockers, timing, and file needs.
