Ladders seeks a Sr. Director, PMO: Private Cloud & Flex Solutions to own PMO governance, executive reporting, and cross‑functional alignment in a complex technology environment.

Based in Andover, MA, the role leads product lifecycle governance, mentors a global team, and drives continuous improvement to enhance transparency, risk management, and operational clarity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive PMO governance experience in tech
• 5+ years of leadership of senior teams
• Experience in cloud or software environments
• Strong governance and risk management skills
• Understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methods
• Proficient with JIRA/Confluence and reporting platforms
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and executive reporting
• Oversee product lifecycle from inception to end-of-life
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and manage risks
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize project health and risks
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and communications
• Represent PMO in cross-functional forums to manage commitments and timelines
• Mentor and develop a global team, promoting transparency and customer focus
