Indiana Wesleyan University seeks a director-level Project Management Office Executive Consultant to stand up and lead the EPMO during a major technology reorganization. You will deploy Jira Suite, establish governance, and partner with CIO and executives to prioritize work across multiple sites.

You will design operating models, train leaders and teams, and drive adoption until Jira becomes the system of record for IWU’s programs and projects.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive experience in project, program, and portfolio management, with 5+ years leading PMO or EPMO functions at director level or above.
• Deep Atlassian stack experience at enterprise scale (Jira Software, Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence).
• Strong process design skills (as-is/to-be mapping, BPMN or equivalent) and linking process change to tooling.
• Experience running large, multi-workstream technology programs (e.g., $100M+ portfolio, 20+ projects).
• Executive communication and people leadership with portfolio dashboards and C-level engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up the EPMO – charter, roles, RACI, cadence, escalation paths.
• Lead Jira implementation: licensing, environment strategy, production cutover, training.
• Design operating model and process remodel tied to AI-enabled technology roadmap.
• Establish portfolio governance with scoring criteria, funding alignment, capacity planning.
• Coach leaders and build an enduring EPMO organization with trained project managers and Jira admins.
