Job summary

Commercial Masonry in Austin, TX seeks a Vice President of Project Management to lead delivery across masonry, EIFS, and stucco projects throughout Texas. This executive role focuses on building strong teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence from preconstruction handoff through project closeout.

You will mentor Project Managers, protect project margins, and collaborate with leadership to guide growth as the company expands its portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading PMs on multiple concurrent commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Preconstruction professionals.
• Oversee multiple commercial masonry, EIFS, and stucco projects in Texas.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet targeted margins.
• Own forecasting, backlog, manpower planning, and financial performance.
• Drive accountability and improve processes, documentation, and communication.
• Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and client relationships.
• Partner with executives to enhance operational performance and company growth.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and performance management.
