Job Details

The Vice President will oversee all divisional construction operations, financial performance, and strategic execution. This leader will ensure projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals while developing the long-term vision for the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full operational oversight for all masonry projects, ensuring alignment with performance, budget, and schedule targets.
  • Monitor contract compliance, project status, risk, and quality control; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead preconstruction evaluations, negotiate client agreements, and participate in high-level go/no-go decisions.
  • Approve profit margins, support accurate forecasting, and partner with finance leadership on budgets and revenue planning.
  • Develop, refine, and enforce operational policies to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive long-term strategic planning and collaborate with senior leadership across the company.
  • Oversee staffing plans, interview and select senior-level hires, and lead professional development for all division personnel.
  • Maintain relationships with labor groups (where applicable) and ensure compliance with established agreements.
  • Engage with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and community organizations to support ongoing business development efforts.
  • Serve as a key executive representative for major stakeholders and industry partners.

  • Proven executive leadership in construction, preferably with experience in masonry, specialty trades, or large self-perform operations.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational growth experience; ability to execute both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to manage financial performance, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
  • Deep understanding of project delivery, contracts, operations, and client relationships.
  • Background in managing multi-project operations at scale.
