Diversified Construction & Design seeks an Architectural/Civil Executive Project Manager to join the Executive Team. The role leads growth, profitability, retention, and performance across client portfolios, with emphasis on strategic relationship management and executive leadership in architectural and civil projects.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction operations or leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering commercial and/or residential builds.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in architectural/construction operations or executive leadership.
• 3–5 years of client-relationship management and business development.
• Experience delivering commercial and/or residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships to identify opportunities.
• Review prospective projects for scope, design maturity, and risk.
• Cultivate public-sector relationships to win future work.
• Oversee MSAs and contracts aligns with objectives and risk.
• Monitor financial performance and negotiate favorable terms.
