Tower Health seeks an experienced system director to oversee our retail, specialty and mail order pharmacy services. The role focuses on patient-centric operations, performance monitoring, and staff leadership across multiple locations.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and service enhancements while coordinating with other care teams to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in PA with appropriate credentials.
• Experience leading large teams in pharmacy operations.
• Familiarity with specialty and mail order pharmacy accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail, specialty and mail order pharmacy services.
• Monitor performance against budget, quality and patient experience metrics.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling and capital expenditure.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity.
• Develop systems for operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
