Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a motivated, experienced leader to oversee our retail, specialty and mail order pharmacy services. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, budgeting and service enhancements to ensure patient care and fiscal responsibility.

The System Director will monitor performance against metrics such as budget, quality and patient experience, and will uphold Tower Health's mission and values across all pharmacy locations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree required or relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Doctorate Degree
• Experience leading large teams required
• Familiarity with specialty and mail order pharmacy accreditation preferred
• PA Pharmacist License required

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages and operates an assigned pharmacy service area in a patient-centric manner
