Executive/Personal Assistant to Executive Chairman & COO

NEFCO is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Chairman and COO. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing communications, and handling confidential information to ensure smooth operations and support the executives' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and organize activities
  • Handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and in person
  • Arrange travel, provide directions, and prepare documents
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and clients
  • Draft correspondence, memos, and emails
  • Assist in meeting preparations, including agenda setting and follow-up
  • Provide around-the-clock communication support
  • Perform personal errands as needed
  • Support special projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
