Job description

We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistantto join our team!You will perform personal, clerical and administrative functionsin order to drive company success by enabling our Founder to focus on the extensive operations of the business. Trustworthiness, loyalty, work ethic, and attention to detail are keys to success in this role. Applicants must be willing to travel to, from and with the Founder.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests and service vendors
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and make outbound calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Plan and coordinate travel-related details
  • Conduct research to gather information for projects or presentations
  • Manage and assist with personal matters to enable Executive to maintain focus on the operations of our business
  • Perform administrative office tasks at a home office, at off-site locations or at an office building, depending on the Founder's requirements
  • Travel to, from and/ or with the Founder who may be traveling in various places throughout any given year (all travel-related expenses will be provided by the company)
