Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in executive leadership, strategy, or organizational performance management.
• Experience overseeing cross-functional initiatives and large projects.
• Strong governance, reporting, and performance measurement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer the City's enterprise performance management and STAT framework.
• Develop and facilitate Citywide STAT meetings and executive reviews focused on measurable results.
• Establish standardized project management methodologies and reporting for executive initiatives.
• Translate priorities into executable work plans with objectives and milestones.
• Create performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports for leadership.
• Monitor implementation, identify delays and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and align resources and schedules.
• Track commitments and decisions from executive meetings with regular follow-up.
• Evaluate organizational performance using data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Advise leadership on strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational performance.
• Maintain project portfolios for visibility into status, health, and outcomes.
• Facilitate planning sessions, strategic reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Promote accountability through standardized planning, measurement, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with data analytics, budget, finance, and technology teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operations and customer service.
• Ensure reporting focuses on outcomes and evidence-based decision-making.
• Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
