Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume, multi-unit culinary management role.
• Expertise in pastry production, decorating, and quality control.
• Strong menu development and product knowledge across multiple cuisines.
• Leadership and training skills to develop pastry teams and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pastry section for five restaurant concepts, In Room Dining, and events across the property.
• Develop and refine desserts, baked goods, and pastry menus.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B leadership to uphold culinary standards and guest experience.
