Job summary

Mercy Multiplied America Inc. in Nashville seeks an Executive Pastor Support Coordinator to blend education, administration, mentorship, and Christ-centered care for residents ages 13–32 and program participants.

You will provide administrative support to the Executive Pastor, schedule and coordinate meetings, manage communications, supervise lunch periods with staff, and build meaningful Christ-centered relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3–5 years of administrative support experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and managing calendars is preferred.
• Ability to review emails and prepare correspondence with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the Executive Pastor, including attending leadership meetings and distributing notes.
• Manage calendars, review emails, and assist with correspondence.
• Partner with ministry staff to supervise daily lunch periods and foster a Christ-centered community.
• Build Christ-centered relationships with residents through daily interactions.
