Job summary

Mercy Multiplied is seeking a full-time Counselor in Louisiana (West Monroe) to join a faith-based clinical team. You’ll provide counseling services to clients, lead sessions, and document progress in keeping with professional and biblical standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s in related fields, and a heart for transformation. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 36 hours, with competitive salary and benefits.

Salary Range: $46,800.00 - $56,160.00 Salary/year

Education

Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

In the Counselor position, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Adhere to best practices in counseling, and legal and ethical requirements within CWC Monroe.
• Counsel with assigned clients weekly which includes:
  • Leading each client through Keys to Freedom
  • Completing all associated paperwork, including required readings, required assignments.
  • Reviewing as submitted by the client.
• Meet with Counseling Director on a weekly basis.

Schedule

8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am- 12:00 pm Friday (36 hours/week)

Compensation

$46,800 - $56,160/year
