Mercy Multiplied Relief Tennessee in Nashville is seeking a Residential Assistant to support residents, maintain boundaries, and contribute to a Christ-centered program. Mercy’s residential program serves young women aged 13–32, offering a biblically-based, free-of-charge environment that emphasizes healing and transformation.

Hours are as needed with weekend and night shifts; compensation is $20–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in ministry, mentoring, or teaching.
• Strong communication and Christian work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and direct calls.
• Minister to residents by listening and praying with them.
• Check night/morning work details and complete reports.
• Hold residents accountable to program expectations.
• Ensure safe transportation of residents when needed.

If you answered yes, then you may be Mercy’s next Residential Assistant!**Education:**Some college preferred; must have a high school diploma or pass a general education development test (GED). **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in ministry, mentoring, or teaching required**Skills:** Good communication, works well under pressure, ability to multi-task, ability to set boundaries.
