Mercy & Truth Healthcare Ministry is hiring a positive, detail-oriented, and highly personable Executive Administrator to support our CEO. This role is key to our day-to-day leadership operations and requires a tech-savvy, organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings with staff and community partners.
Write professional emails and take notes based on verbal direction and collaboration.
Prepare board packets and meeting materials with precision and timeliness.
Maintain both digital and paper files in a structured, accessible system.
Reviewing, organizing all mail and scanning billing mail on a daily basis.
Taking phone calls and messages for CEO and some leadership initiatives.
Troubleshoot basic tech issues and manage office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
Serve as CEO’s liaison and communicating with staff and community when needed.
Multi-tasking priorities and meeting deadlines with professionalism and positivity.
Uphold strict confidentiality and use discretion in sensitive matters.
Help organize daily work needed with grant, marketing and development management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
Calm under pressure and able to meet aggressive deadlines.
Personable, coachable, and collaborative team player.
Discreet, trustworthy and professional in all interactions.
3+ years in an executive or administrative support role is preferred.
Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven settings is a benefit.
