Harry’s is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support our Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP, DTC. You will independently manage calendar and travel across the US and abroad, coordinate offsites, and run special projects as needed.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience supporting senior leaders, exceptional organization, strong business judgment, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience supporting senior leaders.
• Ability to anticipate needs and plan around corners.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback in a high-accountability environment.
• Multitasker with meticulous tracking and quick context switching.
• Creative problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Clear, professional communication with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring, travel coordination across the US and abroad, expense reporting, and meeting logistics with precision.
• Anticipate needs, flag conflicts early, and surface issues before they arise.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure work is executed accurately.
• Own recurring leadership forums, agendas, pre-reads, notes, and action-item tracking.
• Lead logistics for offsite events and retreats from planning to execution.
• Translate executives' priorities into sharp judgment and proactive support.
• Plan events, gifts, and team-building activities to boost engagement.
• Act as a positive ambassador, embodying company values and supporting leadership.
• Contribute to Mammoth Brands’ EA community by sharing best practices and mentoring peers.
