Mammoth Brands, based in SoHo, NYC, seeks an Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP, DTC. You’ll manage calendars, travel, and special projects with precision and discretion, ensuring the exec team stays aligned with priorities.

The role requires strong judgment, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication. You’ll coordinate forums, offsites, and events, acting as a trusted partner across the leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience supporting senior leaders.
• Ability to anticipate needs and plan around corners with discretion.
• Open to feedback and able to implement changes quickly.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
• Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance executive support.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, travel coordination across the US and abroad, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
• Flag conflicts and risks early, surfacing issues before they arise.
• Coordinate leadership forums and All Hands, including agendas and notes.
• Lead logistics for offsite events and team retreats from planning to execution.
• Translate business priorities into proactive executive support and trusted partnership.
• Plan events, coordinate team building, and keep stakeholders connected.
