Job summary

Workday is seeking a Managing Partner within the Industry Capabilities group to drive the success of deploying and supporting a portfolio of cloud ERP customers. You’ll orchestrate executive relationships, ensure successful deployments, and expand value within customer portfolios while coordinating with sales, consulting, and product teams.

Success metrics include customer satisfaction and revenue retention/growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project and program manager level in Healthcare, Diversified Industries, State/Local, Federal Government, or FSI arenas.
  • 2+ years direct experience with a cloud-native HR or Finance software (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, NetSuite) as an implementation leader or similar role.
  • 8+ years developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in successful partnerships and strategic alignment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to empower and lead a matrixed team of individuals at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple customers’ demands balancing satisfaction with revenue and profitability targets.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement in serving customers.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective account strategies focused on growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to position and upsell Workday services to customers.
  • Oversee successful deployment of the Workday solution, drive adoption, and guide customers in implementing new features.
  • Participate in sales cycles to support implementation-related activities for prospects becoming part of the portfolio.
  • Drive customer self-sufficiency by guiding customers to engage with Workday services.
  • Position additional value via in-subscription adoption and activation of offerings from the platform ecosystem.
  • Guide large, partner-led accounts with global complexity, including M&A and divestitures.
  • Create strategic plans across the customer architecture and participate in steering committee meetings.
  • Provide direction to Workday and service partner teams on scope, budget, timeline, and deployment issues.
  • Engage other service resources to support account planning and feature adoption strategies.
