Salt Creek Capital is seeking an experienced operating executive to join as Executive Partner. The executive will evaluate acquisition opportunities and oversee the target as President & CEO post-close. As CEO, you will manage full P&L, develop growth strategy, and provide operational management.

The role reports to the board of directors and requires a track record of building value and high integrity. The position demands strategic leadership and the ability to align multiple stakeholders

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of senior management experience with proven P&L management and/or President/GM experience.
• Ability to partner with the business and balance fiduciary duties to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage a business and generate strong free cash flow / EBITDA.
• Entrepreneurial thinker with high responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of a company.
• Proven track record of increasing profitability through proactive business development.
• Excellent professional references and high integrity.
