Amyx is seeking a Junior Business Operations Specialist to support our DoD client in Falls Church, VA onsite at DHA Headquarters. You will provide critical administrative and strategic support to DHA leadership across directorates, ensuring alignment with DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Strong working knowledge of DoD records management and enterprise task management systems, such as ETMS2.

Responsibilities

• Provides critical administrative and strategic support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) leadership, stakeholders, and customers across all DHA directorates, divisions, and supporting offices.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on staffing practices and business rules, reviewing division work products to ensure compliance with DoD and DHA policies.
• Reviews work products for correctness and adherence to DHA standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provides SME on business rules for staffing practices and general rules for business functions.
• Drafts high-level executive communications such as briefings, bullet background papers, and responses to Congressional inquiries; ensures deliverables are tailored for senior leadership.
