Qualifikationen

• A 4-year degree with 24 credit hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of direct Federal procurement experience as contract specialist/administrator or procurement analyst.

• Extensive knowledge of all phases of acquisition management.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD contracting principles.
• Review proposals against history and estimates to determine price reasonableness and negotiation positions.
• Develop action plans to solve complex problems and communicate results clearly.
