Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Falls Church, VA to support the Office of Warfighter Health Advantage (OWHA). You will manage communications, travel, records, and office operations while coordinating civilian and military personnel needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with DoD or DHA. A strong background in procurement, project management, and HR processes will be needed to drive efficiency and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably DoD or DHA.
• Knowledge of Federal and DoD acquisition procedures, Healthcare Operations, and project management.
• Experience with office administration and HR tasks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Correspondence management: systematically handling and tracking all communications to ensure timely responses.
• Travel coordination: arranging and managing all aspects of business travel, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reporting.
• Records management: organizing, maintaining, and securing official documents across their lifecycle for compliance and accessibility.
• Office administration: overseeing daily operations, supplies, facilities, and general support services.
• Civilian & military personnel management: administering HR requirements and lifecycle management for civilian and military personnel.
• Recruitment & hiring: attracting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
• Onboarding & offboarding: managing structured processes for new hires and departing employees.
• Position management: defining and structuring roles within an organizational framework.
• Workforce development: implementing programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Customer support: providing guidance and problem resolution to clients or users.
