Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for its Home Health and Hospice services, overseeing day-to-day clinical and operational functions and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

This role requires a 4-year degree, at least five years in healthcare operations/management, Medicare knowledge, and a proven ability to lead staff, manage budgets, and drive regulatory compliance across Home Health and Hospice programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum of five years in healthcare operations/management with Home Health/Hospice.
• Minimum of three years in homecare or hospice marketing preferred.
• Experience with Medicare-certified Home Health and Hospice operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Home Health and Hospice services.
• Develop and monitor operational goals and performance objectives.
• Coordinate clinical, administrative, scheduling, billing, and HR operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS and other standards.
• Monitor staffing, visit volumes, census, and referrals.
• Lead staff development and recruitment for leadership roles.
