Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site clinics and scaling operations.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategies to support clinic expansion and scalability.
• Standardize scheduling, patient intake, surgical coordination, and post-op care.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; monitor performance and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and improve profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor clinic managers and operational staff.
