This role is critical for driving scalability, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a world-class patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare operations, preferably within plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine, and a strong ability to design and implement processes that support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support clinic expansion and scalability.
• Align operational goals with overall business objectives and growth targets.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows across all sites.
• Standardize protocols for scheduling, patient intake, surgical coordination, and post-op care.
• Multi-Site Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, ensuring consistency in quality and compliance.
• Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets, optimize cost structures, and improve profitability.
• Ensure efficient utilization of staff, equipment, and facilities.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:
• Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement in patient care and operational excellence.
