Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to act as a confidant to senior leadership and as a master project coordinator. This role drives cross-functional initiatives, streamlines processes, and ensures critical tasks stay on track.

You will manage complex schedules for the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, and CFO, coordinate board meetings, and lead project planning from concept to completion while maintaining discretion with sensitive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressively responsible administrative/executive support experience (3+ years directly supporting senior leaders).
• Ability to build task trackers and manage shifting priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handling financial information.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to draft executive correspondence and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative and executive support to the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, and CFO.
• Manage complex schedules and logistics across senior leaders, prioritizing high-impact meetings.

• Coordinate between executive leadership, staff, board members, and external partners with discretion.
