US Treasury, Departmental Offices in Washington, DC is seeking an Executive Operations Staff Assistant to support the Assistant Secretary by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling complex administrative tasks with independent judgment.
You will also oversee records and office management and provide end-to-end travel and expense support, including voucher preparation and reconciliation, to ensure smooth operations for the office.
This position is located at Departmental Offices, Management CFO - Public Affairs. As an Executive Operations Staff Assistant, you will liaise with various offices and bureaus of the Treasury Department, relieving the Assistant Secretary of many complex management and administrative problems, and making travel arrangements for the Assistant Secretary and staff.
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.
