Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for demanding schedules, internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate meetings with employees, vendors, and clients and track follow-ups.
• Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
• Plan and coordinate events, offsites, investor relations activities.
• Support onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional programs.
• Identify manual processes and drive workflow automation using available tools.
• Adopt AI tools to improve efficiency and scale administrative work.
