Job summary

Faith Community Bible Church seeks an Executive Pastor to serve as chief ministry operations leader, partnering with the Lead Pastor and Elders to translate vision into executable programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with ministry leadership experience in a church of 500+.
• Spiritually mature, servant-hearted leader with vision-to-execution ability.
• Experience translating vision into executable ministry and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Lead Pastor and Elders to implement the church's mission and strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop ministry leaders and volunteers.
• Provide executive oversight of Finance, Human Resources, IT, Facilities, and operations.
• Lead annual budgeting in collaboration with the finance committee and Elders.
• Oversee Deacon, Benevolence, and children’s/student ministries toward growth and alignment.
• Ensure safety, security, and stewardship of facilities and programs.
