You will ensure the CPO and Product division operate effectively across Psychometrics, Test Development, Product, UX, and Assessment Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute
• Five or more years of relevant experience providing high-level executive support
• Experience managing complex executive calendars, priorities and meetings
• Ability to distill complex information into concise, decision-ready briefings
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional materials

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Chief Product Officer
• Coordinate CPO priorities, calendars, and deadlines
• Prepare daily priorities and meeting materials
• Track commitments, follow-up, and deliverables for the CPO
• Manage information flow and routing of requests
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and leadership sessions
