Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the necessary components to deliver high quality client care.
• Knowledge of government regulations, accrediting bodies and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the treatment facility.
• Prepare annual budget and strategic business plan, and monitor financial performance.
• Lead facility leadership team and ensure staffing, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and departments to drive growth and high-quality care.
