Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive operations management experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and crisis management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

About This Role

The Executive Operations officer oversees the entire operational infrastructure of our organization. This hands‑on leadership role requires someone who excels at process optimization, team coordination, and rapid problem‑solving. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run like a well‑oiled machine, maintaining quality standards while driving continuous improvement across all departments.
