Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Support Lead to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of ERP, WMS, TMS, Finance, and Pricing applications across supply chain functions. You will lead incident response, change management, and service delivery, coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and MSPs to drive measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes ITIL practices, KPI dashboards, and executive communication, with a focus on distribution, transportation, finance, and pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in IT application support or production operations with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Experience supporting enterprise apps in supply chain, distribution, or logistics environments.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS processes and their impact on Finance/Pricing.
• Experience leading incidents, root-cause analysis, and service improvements.
• Experience managing MSPs, vendors, SLAs, KPIs, and change governance.
• Strong ITIL, incident, problem, change, and knowledge management practices.
• Ability to analyze data and create KPI dashboards and executive summaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational ownership for end-to-end support of ERP, WMS, TMS, Finance, and Pricing applications and their data flows.
• Lead internal support analysts and coordinate MSP resources for L2/L3 support.
• Support distribution centers, transportation, finance, and pricing teams with continuous system availability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate after-hours support for incidents, releases, and migrations.
