Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in business, accounting, or fiscal management, including three years in a supervisory or management role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations for the Carson City and Reno offices, directing staff in Records & Research and Accounting sections.
• Manages records management, fiscal transactions, reconciliations, and reporting; coordinates with HR on recruitment, classification, compensation, and policy compliance.
• Develops job announcements, assessments, and guidance documents; investigates workplace issues and recommends actions; monitors HR processes for compliance.
• Travel between offices is required.
