Qualifications

• Casino Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer policies relating to casino floor, and food and beverage operations.
• Train employees and create a positive, productive working environment.
• Control cash handling and adherence to reconciliation procedures.
• Ensure guest service standards and manage staffing on the casino floor.
• Maintain machines and equipment in excellent condition through inspections.
• Assist in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports for Security and HR.
• Attend management meetings and participate in employment decisions.
