Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Human Resources leader and trusted advisor on employee-related matters.
• Partner with divisional leaders to support workforce planning and reporting, organizational development, employee engagement and training, and talent management initiatives.
• Recommend and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational objectives.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection process for all positions.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure successful integration of new employees.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding employee relations and performance concerns.
