Anchor Home is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Operations Manager to serve as a key administrative and operational partner to the CEO in Timonium, MD. The role blends executive support, project management, and financial coordination to drive company initiatives and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will manage confidential information with discretion, coordinate cross-departmental projects, and maintain rigorous organizational standards while staying on-site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in administrative support, executive support, business operations, or a related role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and financial information
• Fully on-site, Monday – Friday in Timonium, MD

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and special projects assigned by the CEO.
• Deliver initiatives across departments and with external service providers.
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular updates on progress, outstanding items, and potential obstacles, and clearing up blockers.
• Flag overdue or at-risk items to leadership promptly and hold colleagues accountable until completion.
• Research vendors, coordinate proposals, and support implementation of approved solutions.
• Coordinate financial activities with the company bookkeeper, external CPA firm, and external auditors.
• Organize invoices, receipts, expense reports, and supporting financial documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, budget tracking, expense monitoring, financial reporting, and monthly accounting close out activities.
