Job summary

Hirebridge LLC seeks a General Manager, Cultivation Operations to drive the business and operational performance of cultivation, post-processing, and distribution in a regulated cannabis environment. You will align labor, capacity, and budgets with production goals, partner with Head Grower and cross-functional leaders to optimize throughput, quality, and cost, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership in regulated, high-volume settings (cannabis, agriculture, manufacturing).
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role with direct labor, budgeting, and performance responsibility.
• Experience in regulated environments with cannabis compliance knowledge (METRC or similar).
• Proven track record of efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization.
• On-site role requiring regular physical presence; remote work not typical.

Responsibilities

• Leads business and operational performance across cultivation, post-processing, and distribution.
• Translates plans into labor, staffing, and capacity to meet production needs.
• Manages budgets, labor costs, operating expenses, and cost per pound.
• Monitors cultivation yield, quality, and cycle adherence; partners with Head Grower for strategy.
• Oversees post-processing throughput, productivity, quality, and labor efficiency.
• Aligns production forecasts with Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Establishes and tracks operational KPIs; provides leadership with performance visibility.
• Ensures SOPs, inventory controls, and compliance (METRC, traceability).
• Leads and develops functional leaders; drives continuous improvement.
• Identifies risks and resources; aligns facilities, equipment, and vendor support.
