Cresco Labs is seeking a full-time Packaging Manager to join our growing facility. You will oversee the Packaging department to ensure compliance and efficiency, coach the Packaging team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Cresco's mission of quality and regulatory excellence.

You will lead a fast-paced, detail-oriented operations environment, drive KPI performance, and ensure safety standards while aligning with state laws and internal SOPs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations or another related field preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in Packaging, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain leadership
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred; Cannabis experience a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements related to cannabis packaging.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring large teams
• Ability to train, coach, and develop staff while maintaining high performance and morale.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing processes preferred
• Continuous Improvement – analyze existing business practices for improvements on work flow and efficiencys
• Ability to provide clear direction, to manage and track progress and communicate outcomes
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced & changing environment.
• Ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like throughput, efficiency, waste reduction, and labor costs.
• Experience with ERP systems, MJ Freeway, or seed-to-sale tracking software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the packaging department in accordance with Cresco's SOPs; identify areas of improvement
• Creates compliance labels from MJ Freeway software and coordinates with quality teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, product quality, cost, productivity, and morale
• Collaborate with operations to meet or exceed KPIs; address gaps and implement solutions
• Coach the production team using established performance measures to achieve objectives
• Manage team member records and ensure interactions reflect Cresco's mission and values
• Present KPI targets and results in weekly management meetings with facility director
• Promote a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment while upholding safety and sanitization standards
• Uphold safety standards to provide a clean, secure workplace
