Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking an Executive Operations IT Analyst to provide responsive, high-touch technology support to executive leaders, executive assistants, and other high-priority users.   • 2+ years of relevant IT support or technology operations experience.
  • Experience supporting endpoints, applications, access, connectivity, peripherals, collaboration tools, and remote-access technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, documentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain composed, exercise sound judgment and manage high-impact issues in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant technical certifications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting executives, senior leaders, executive assistants, or other high-priority users is preferred.

  • Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, peripherals, collaboration tools, enterprise applications, remote access, and authentication technologies.
  • Own incidents and service requests through diagnosis, escalation, resolution, validation, and follow-up.
  • Provide white-glove service through proactive support, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.
  • Prepare and support technology for executive meetings, presentations, travel, onboarding, and device replacements.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, security, network, identity, application, endpoint, mobility, and audio-visual teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate technical findings, business impact, status, workarounds, and solutions clearly to executives and their teams.
  • Document troubleshooting activities, resolutions, known workarounds, and support procedures.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to the executive technology experience.
  • Handle sensitive business and technical information with professionalism and discretion.

Base Pay Range

$55,000.00 - $95,000.00

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation:

This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
