Responsibilities

• Prepare for content shoots with equipment setup.
• Assist with production setup and breakdown during shoots and events.
• Purchase and organize props, wardrobe, and supplies.
• Coordinate meals, hospitality items, and logistics for meetings.
• Run local errands and handle office supply restocking.
• Support executive scheduling, travel prep, and admin tasks.
• Assist with client events, activations, and agency initiatives.
