We're Hiring: Executive Operations Coordinator
The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is hiring for an Executive Operations Coordinator position. This is a full-time, regular position with an annual salary of $50,000–$58,000, depending on experience.
The Executive Operations Coordinator serves as the central administrative and governance resource for the Executive Office, supporting the Chief Executive Officer, executive leadership team, and Workforce Development Board in the coordination and execution of organizational priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating executive office operations, Board governance activities, executive projects, organizational initiatives, Board meetings, official records, executive communications, and cross-functional projects while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with Board policies and governance requirements.
Candidates should have a minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible experience providing executive administrative support, coordinating Board governance, project management, office administration, or related work. A degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience supporting executive leadership, governing boards, public agencies, nonprofit organizations, or quasi-governmental organizations is highly desirable. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
