Job summary

DHA CPAs (Drazan, Henke & Associates) seeks an Executive Operational Specialist to provide high-level executive, operational, and administrative support to firm leadership and client service teams. You will coordinate partner communications, manage workflows, and assist with billing, onboarding, and client logistics.

The role requires strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or managing operations.
• 2+ years of billing and/or accounts receivable experience.
• Professional services background preferred; tax or accounting industry experience helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to Partners.
• Monitor partner inboxes, track and route communications.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, and materials.
• Assist with time entry and compliance requirements.
• Manage client communications and onboarding activities.
• Assist with billing preparation, review, and reporting.
